The brief background
KIT KAT®, after being the number one confectionery brand line in the Middle East through its large success and business growth, KITKAT® decides to invest in a regional factory.
The site does not only include a world-class factory with advanced technology, production lines, and Nestle’s well-known sustainability measures, it also engages consumers through a viewing gallery, creating therefore a long-term emotional bond with the brand representing it in a multi-context fashion.

The brief target audience
KIT KAT®’s children’s gallery targets:
School children, from the ages of 7 and 11, visiting with theirs teachers as well as their parents.

The creative
Each of the five sections in the gallery uses interactive media to keep the audience engaged and interested from beginning to end. KIT KAT’s narration helps children discover how chocolate is made, how the bars are packaged and transported.

Through this educational and fun journey, children have a section fully dedicated to nutritional education that teaches them about nutrition, health and good lifestyle habits.

The first section is the chocolate making process section, dedicated to the entire process of creating KIT KAT® bars, from cocoa harvesting and wafer making, to molding and shipment.

The second section takes visitors through the history of KIT KAT®, highlighting important dates since the conception of the brand.

The third section covers the Nestlé confectionery portfolio where visitors get to discover the entire range of products available in the region.

“The 7 Good Habits” comes in the fourth section and is meant to teach children how to incorporate KIT KAT® into a healthy balanced diet and active lifestyle.

Finally, the last section is the break lounge, where visitors gather once again to receive special goodie bags filled with treats to have in moderation, and to have their pictures taken.
